I have been an ELCA Pastor since 1988. I answered my calling as a Teacher, Pastor, and Mission Developer. It has been a wonderful time these past 34 years. I have Five Adult Children. My wife is Doris Mims. 

My guiding bible verse is 1 Peter 2:9… “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into this wonderful light”. 

My role as a Teacher, Pastor and Mission Missioner is to engage, inspire Faith, empower and equip people for leadership opportunities whether in their congregations, synod or church wide. 

I believe every member/believer is given a gift / talent for service. 

I have been on the front line of developing leaders by helping people to discover their God-given gifts for ministry and then help provide opportunities for them to develop their ministry. 

As a Pastor, I am Christ centered and mission driven. I teach, lead, discern, unite and proclaim the Good News of a relationship with Jesus the Christ, that is real, purposeful, and transformative. d enjoys using her gifts in the church.
